Part time help in late afternoon / early evening (an extra pair

Hello! My family and I are located in North Burlington, near Appleby Line and Dundas. We are looking for help in the late afternoon and early evening during the week to assist when our two daughters (1 year and 3.5 years old) come home from daycare.
In a perfect world, we would love to have someone who can come by an hour before they come home to help with some tidying and meal prep before everyone is home.

In short, we are looking for an extra pair of hands in the busy early evening while we wrap up work at home and/or make our way back from the office. Someone who can help keep things feeling organized for us after a busy day. There is the potential to expand for extra hours with babysitting into the evenings from time to time when my husband or I have events with work that keep us later in the day.

Days and hours are flexible – so we can accommodate changes as needed.

Prior to our daughters being in daycare, we had a full time nanny who we loved and felt became part of our family. We still speak to her regularly and she would be happy to speak to anyone about her experience working with us. She is now retired and living out of country unfortunately, but still feels like part of the family.

Lastly – we do have a newfy-poodle mix dog (a gentle giant), so we require someone who is comfortable being around dogs — though she really doesn’t do much other than sleep!
