Now Hiring – Office/Project Coordinator – Work From Home

We are a fast growing Electrical/Construction company based out of Fredericton and looking for a fun, energetic candidate to join our awesome team! We are seeking a remote, work from home Office/Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fulltime position and you would be working Monday to Friday.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
– Answering, screening and directing incoming calls and emails to appropriate personnel
– Retrieving and sending any mail when required.
– Track and create daily work orders
– Track tools and ladders
– Track vehicle maintenance and expirations of registrations/inspections
– Manage and track safety requirements such as hazard assessments, courses, manuals etc.
– Assist with social media postings
– Assist with inventory & material management (purchase orders, packing slips, receiving and signing for deliveries)
– Order company clothing for employees
– Provide support to management staff

Requirements:

– Previous experience with office administration is mandatory.
– Recommended completion of business or office administration program.
– Excellent written communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Works well under pressure and have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
– High-level attention to detail
– Computer savvy with proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
– Valid driver’s license required
– Basic blueprint reading and understanding of basic construction knowledge would be an asset
– Be self-motivated
– Able to work under little supervision
