About us
Our farms include Atoca N.B. Inc., Bells Mills Foods Ltd., and Acadian Coastal Berries Ltd. Collectively, we are the largest cranberry producers in New Brunswick. Our goal is to ensure the production of superior-quality cranberries to meet the expectations of our various buyers, and to operate the most efficient cranberry farm in Eastern Canada.

Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking team members to join our team. This is a seasonal, full-time position from Spring to Fall. Weather conditions and the harvest schedule may affect regular working hours during the harvest and other times. Some days, we must work longer hours to meet farm requirements. The position description will vary with the candidates’ skill sets.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist farm manager with daily farm operational activities
– Always keep the work site and farm clean
– Maintenance and repair of farm property, equipment, and machinery
– Inspect equipment to ensure the proper functioning
– Operate farm equipment effectively as required
– Making sure that work progresses efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications
– Valid driver’s license
– Experience operating tractors and other farming equipment preferred
-Willing to work with flexible hours
– Background in the agriculture/farming industry is an asset
– Operate heavy equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Rock truck, and Dump truck)
