Located in Ottawa, our startup specializes in enriching the lives of seniors through cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. We offer personalized 1-hour sessions that transport seniors to new places, engage them in light physical activities, and provide immersive experiences tailored to their interests and abilities—all from the comfort and safety of their senior living facilities or homes.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled professional to facilitate these transformative sessions for an initial one-month contract. Could that be you?
Your Role:
• Engage with Senior Communities: You will meet with activity coordinators at senior living facilities to showcase our innovative VR systems. These meetings are pre-arranged by our dedicated sales and marketing team.
• Lead Personalized Sessions: Facilitate engaging 1-hour VR and AI sessions for groups of up to 5 seniors in senior living facilities.
This position is perfect for you if:
• You have experience working with seniors, whether as a personal trainer, caregiver, PSW, therapist, or in a similar role.
• You possess a caring demeanor and enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of the elderly.
• You are looking for a flexible opportunity to supplement your income.
• Have access to a car.
• Are comfortable using a computer.
• Are retired or semi-retired, but still looking to remain active.
