Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor for Exterior Works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of exterior construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Lead and supervise a team of workers, ensuring productivity and safety on site.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor costs.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in exterior construction or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully supervising construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
