Experienced Pet Sitter Needed in GTA Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and compassionate pet sitter to care for our large dog in our home in Toronto (GTA). Our dog is friendly once he trusts people but can be aggressive at first. The ideal candidate must have experience handling large and aggressive dogs, possess excellent communication skills, and be available during specific periods. Our home has a backyard, and we prefer someone who can stay in the house around the day, although we are open to other options.
Responsibilities:

Provide in-home pet sitting and ensure the dog’s well-being
Feed, water, and administer medications if necessary
Walk the dog and provide regular exercise, including playtime in the backyard
Keep the home tidy and clean up after the dog
Provide regular updates to the owner, including photos and videos
Qualifications:

Proven experience with large and aggressive dogs
Strong understanding of dog behavior and trust-building techniques
Pet first aid certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle potential aggressive behavior calmly and effectively

Work Schedule:

August: 2 weeks
October/November: 2 weeks
January: 2 months

Additional Information:

A meet-and-greet session will be required before hiring
Preference for sitters who can stay in the house throughout the day, but open to other arrangements
