Innovation World, a leading provider of web development, CRM integration, and automated marketing services, is looking for a talented and motivated Cold Caller & Deal Closer to join our team on a commission-only basis. Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
Identify decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations.
Generate leads and qualify prospects for further follow-up.
Present and explain the benefits of our services to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline.

Compensation:

Earn 30% commission on all deals successfully closed. The more you sell, the more you earn!

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proven experience in sales, especially in cold calling and deal closing.
Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Knowledge of digital marketing and tech services is a plus.
