Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and reliable cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner at Maid To Clean, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various commercial and residential properties. This includes corporate spaces, homes, and apartments. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their spaces are cleaned to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Restock supplies as needed.
Follow specific cleaning instructions and schedules provided by clients.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used properly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Reliable transportation to various job sites – must have Class 5 driver’s license.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Hourly pay between $18.00 – $22.00 CAD, paid out bi-weekly
