Moving Sales Consultant – Full-Time Opportunity with Unlimited Earning Potential

Position: Moving Sales Consultant

Location: 3104 101 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6N 1G9

Salary: $36,000 – $50,000 per year Commission

We are a well-established moving company seeking enthusiastic and responsible sales professionals to grow with us. Our fast-paced sales environment emphasizes closing deals with a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outreach to warm leads, including past clients and referral partners.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Base Salary Commission, paid Bi-weekly, with an earning potential of CAD $36,000 – $110,000 per Year
Incentives: Daily bonuses, spiffs, and holiday bonuses.

Training: One week of paid training to equip you with the necessary product knowledge and software skills

What You Will Be Doing:
Presenting and discussing various moving options and services based on customers’ needs.
Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers to enhance the overall customer experience.
Converting phone estimates into scheduled moving jobs.
Serving as the liaison between the customer and the company prior to moving day, providing personalized service.
Navigating and working within a high-operating CRM system.
Accepting payments via phone.
Calculating move inventories and estimating time and cost projections.
Continuously improving your knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through professional training and development.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good grammar
• Friendly and responsible demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close deals efficiently
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
