Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food and beverage, estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control meet company standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, wastage. Work closely and report to management. follow all instructions from Chef. prepare and order food and liquor summaries. Estimate work schedules, Minimum 32 to 48 hrs. $16.00 hr. plus tips. 2 positions. Must have minimum 1 to 2 years supervisory experience. Minimum grade 12 or equivalent.
