Dock hand/Labourer

Ogoki Frontier has an immediate opening for a dockhand/labourer. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting with securing float planes to dock, loading and unloading float planes, fueling and cleaning boats, assisting guests around the docks and grounds, mowing grass and lawn trimming, cutting and stacking firewood, painting, general maintenance of cabins and out-buildings and able to assist with dock repairs. Flying into outpost camp is necessary. Applicant must be in good physical health as there are physically demanding tasks. Applicant must have a good work ethic and a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to work with little to no supervision. Must take instruction and perform a task to completion without assistance. Must possess general handyman skills and have experience safely working with hand tools, power tools, grounds maintenance equipment, and can operate a small outboard boat and motor. Prior wilderness outpost camp experience is preferred but not necessary. Accommodations are provided. Salary-based wage. Must have a valid driver’s license. Please contact for more information.
