Position Summary: Perform supervisory tasks including filling out daily inspection sheets, conducting toolbox talks, supervising a crew of four or more labourers, physical labour at the construction site, operating equipment.
Position Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years working in the construction field.
- Must have at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Experience in erecting steel would be an asset.
- Must be safety minded.
- Have a class 5 drivers license
- Willing to travel.
Typical Physical Demands:
Involves physical work that requires frequent use of arms and legs, moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Must be able to perform strenuous outdoor work in exposed weather conditions on a day-to-day basis.
Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day.
