Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guidance Cunsoltant. Cunsoltant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and assisting them in finding the right mushroom products to meet their needs. Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
– Educate customers about the health benefits and properties of different mushroom products, including supplements, extracts, and dried mushrooms.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments with care.
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product freshness.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and provide accurate information to customers.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, with a passion for natural health and wellness.
– Knowledge of medicinal mushrooms and their therapeutic properties is a plus, but not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
