Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on performance
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based role with substantial earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities:
– Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
– Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
– Follow all Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) regulations.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
– Manage and update customer information in our database.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Proven sales experience.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work full-time, 6 days a week.
– Familiarity with OMVIC regulations is preferred.
