Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Concord! This position involves a variety of administrative duties, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
Before applying, please note that we are part of the Controlled Good Program in Canada. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada.
Job Duties Include:
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Invoicing
- Posting payments
- Sending invoices to customers
- Handling customer inquiries
- Collections:
- Pursuing payments for prepaid orders
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Assisting with AP processes (an asset)
Payroll:
- Assisting with payroll tasks (an asset)
- Office Administrative Duties
- Filing
- Ordering office supplies
Communication:
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Emailing via Microsoft Outlook
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Sage Business Vision (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a long-term role
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000.00 annually
