Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for our industrial electronics clients, offering guidance and support throughout sales.
  • Manage and oversee daily counter sales activities, including assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, including order processing and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them select the right industrial electronics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with occasional outbound sales calls and support marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial electronics products and applications.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the industrial electronics or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and customer orders.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
