Seeking a Dedicated Nanny/House Manager to Join Our Family – App

Welcome to our bustling household!
We are a family of four based in Toronto, with two adorable children aged 3 1/2 years and 8 months old, plus our affectionate kitty who completes our home. As both parents manage demanding careers, we are seeking a nurturing and dependable individual to join us as a valued member of our team in September 2024.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting our family’s daily routines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM, totaling 37.5-40 hours per week.

Open and clear communication, especially in discussing our children’s needs, is essential as we work together to support their growth and development and manage our day to day activities. 

While our children are in daycare during the day, you will be responsible for house management / housekeeping duties, including cooking and laundry for the family, light cleaning to keep the house tidy, ad hoc needs and errands, and overall management of the house to keep it organized.

Afternoon responsibilities focus primarily on the children, including picking up the children from daycare, communicating with their teachers, caring for them until parents return home, and assisting with dinner and bedtime routines.

There is also an opportunity for additional hours such as evening or weekend babysitting and providing care when the children are home sick from daycare. Flexibility of hours and pay will be dependent upon the person’s skills and experience.

Our car can also be at your disposal to support you with your daily activities.
