Landscape crew leader/ member

We are looking for a highly motivated, and creative individuals. They should be knowledgeable in the installation of soft landscaping/ and lawn and garden maintenance. Pay rate hourly base on ability and knowledge. This is not a entry level position. Worker must be extremely proficient in lawn and garden maintenance,

Pay rate will range from $24- 28hr depending on experience.

Candidate must have a clean, valid driver’s license. Having driven a pick up truck and use of a trailer through the city is an asset. You must have at least 3 years of experience in both soft landscape installation and Garden Property Maintenance.

Must work well with others. Initial duties included but not limited to Installation of trees, shrubs and other plant material. Weekly Mulching of beds, pruning, hedge trimming, lawn cutting, line trimming will all be required. Weeding beds, cultivating, dead heading perennials.
Must have knowledge in plants and there typical names and to differentiate between weeds and plants in gardens.

Must have interest in gardening / lawn maintenance. We have many clients that we work with weekly to provide lawn care service for, Planting, lawn cutting ( trimming / blowing ), garden maintenance….This is our primary business. You will be required to drive the company truck from site to site with a team member and carry out weekly duties to maintain each property. Time spent on each property will be given and you will determine what needs doing that week with your team member.

We operate primarily out of Liberty village in south Toronto, with most of our clientele being condos and town homes.

Winter work (will be offered to the right individuals) Looking for crew leaders to work all winter doing snow removal ( experience is an asset ) Drivers, bob cat operators or any snow equipment experience is an asset.
