Job Posting: Front Desk Manager for New Indian Restaurant in Kanata
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Manager to join our team at a new Indian restaurant located in Kanata. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills and a strong hospitality background, with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
• Understand the menu thoroughly and communicate clearly with customers about menu items and special promotions.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Front Desk Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Course completion in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Professional English, fluency in Urdu is a plus.
• Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure, particularly during peak hours.
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience in a front desk management role.
• Ability to handle busy hour rush with a calm and composed nature.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Professional English, knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and customer service principles.
