We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to start your career in tech sales and work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential customers using various tools and techniques.
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, and social media to generate new leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.
Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, successes, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Training will be provided.
Requirements: Computer Savy, basic programs knowledge, Familiarity with Linkedin and social platforms.
