• Daily Dispatch for Rick’s Drivers and owner operators (40-60 trucks)
• Maintain Daily communication with Drivers and Clients
• Monitor and Manage Clients production & service schedules
• Monitor and Manage Drivers Hours of Service
• Create and update Monthly driver shift calendar
• Create and update Monthly Load/Unload schedules
• Build, Correct, and Approve Drivers loading/unloading/movement tickets
• Maintain and Track Active Equipment, ensuring all required equipment are assigned to daily dispatch.
