Seeking Experienced Night Nanny in Richmond, BC – $25/hr – Apply

Schedule: Part-time (3-4 nights a week), overnight (exact hours to be determined)
Start Date: End of October/Beginning of November 2024

About Us:
We are a loving family, welcoming our first baby and seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Night Nanny to provide essential overnight support. We value a nurturing environment and are looking for someone who can become an integral part of our household.

Responsibilities:
Baby Care:
-Changing diapers and ensuring the baby is comfortable.
-Burping the baby after feedings.
-Soothing and comforting the baby as needed.
-Monitoring the baby’s sleep and ensuring safety.

Household Tasks:
-Light housekeeping related to baby care (cleaning bottles, tidying nursery).
-Baby laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing.
-Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
-Other light household tasks as needed.

Requirements:
-Prior experience as a nanny or night nanny, especially with newborns.
-Knowledge of infant care, including feeding, changing, and soothing techniques.
-Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the night.
-Compassionate, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
-CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
-Willingness to undergo a background check.
