Responsibilities:
– Prepare and marinate a variety of meats, such as chicken, beef, and lamb, for kabob skewering
– Skewer the marinated meats and vegetables to create visually appealing and appetizing kabobs
– Grill or roast the kabobs to perfection, ensuring they are cooked to the desired level of doneness
– Prepare and assemble accompanying sauces, dips, and sides to complement the kabobs
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards throughout the kabob-making process
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timing and ensure timely delivery of orders
– Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions and making recommendations to customers
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kabob preparation area

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a kabob maker or grill cook is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
– Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and their cooking techniques
– Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious kabobs
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
