Fredericton One Stop Trailer Sales

Day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
• Answering the office phone, taking messages and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Welcoming customers
• Maintaining up-to-date information on company website
• Organization and maintenance of company filing systems
• Updating spreadsheets and files
• Motor Vehicle
• Assist other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
· Secondary diploma/bachelor’s degree in administration.
· Willingness to learn
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Co-operation with management and the other team members
· Compliance with company policies & procedures
· Perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy
· Ability to adapt to a situation
· Ability to work independently, yet understand the importance of working as part of a team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detail oriented, accurate, efficient and able to work under pressure
· Out-going, driven, self-motivated, reliable and dedicated
· Excellent time management, analytical, organizational and follow up skills
Hours – Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00
Wage based on Experience
