Our client in Grimsby, Ontario is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. They are looking for a Order processor/Customer service associate to join their team in the Distillery Sector retail store. Don’t wait… apply today!

2 week contract

Job Title: Order processor/Customer service
Location: Grimsby, On
Pay Range: $18/hr
Hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday

What’s the Job?

  • Receive, manage, and ship inventory 
  • Prepare order information 
  • Pick and pack all customer alcohol and merchandise orders 
  • Follow fulfillment procedures while packaging to ensure safe delivery  
  • Meticulously fill orders so they are prompt and accurate 
  • Manage pick up of all orders for shipping 
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers 
  • Correspond with clients in a timely and friendly manner 
  • Accommodate special requests of customers to the best of the team’s ability  
  • Optimize processes and ensure that the e-commerce operation is successful everyday  

What’s Needed?

  • Previous Warehouse experince specifically in Order picking/shipping
  • Customer service experince
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50lb
  • Clear Criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
