Overview / Description
The “Residential Cleaner” works with the Building Services Supervisor to clean and maintain a clean living environment for condo owners, tenants and staff. We are seeking a detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Perform residential cleaning tasks following a checklist of cleaning duties
– Clean and sanitize bathrooms, common areas, and parking areas
– Vacuuming, mopping floors, and washing some windows
– Organize and tidy up spaces
– Ensure all rooms are cared for according to building standards
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– 1-3 years prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred
– Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently
– Strong hospitality and customer service skills
– Excellent organizational skills to maintain a neat environment
– Effective communication skills in English
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently
