Seeking French Speaking Part-time Nanny in Ottawa, Ontario – $20

Are you a nurturing and responsible nanny with experience in childcare? Our family in the Glebe (Ottawa) is seeking a reliable and caring individual to join us as a part-time, live-out nanny. We are offering $20.00 per hour for the right candidate who will prioritize the well-being of our primary school-aged child and provide minimal housekeeping help as well. You must speak French as it is our children’s mother tongue and our youngest doesn’t communicate well in English at this time.
The ideal candidate will have a valid CPR certification and a proven track record in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children. Duties will include childcare, getting the kids ready for their school day, doing school bus drop-off and pick-up and some light housekeeping. We are looking for someone who can engage our child in age-appropriate activities after school and provide compassionate care while we are working.

We are hoping to have help starting in the late summer in order for the kids to get used to having a nanny around and to fall into a good routine prior to the school year starting. The job would require about an hour or so in the morning and 1-2 hours in the afternoon.
