Cleaner wanted twice a month. Mid month and end of month. To clean the common areas of the building.
Typically takes three hours to clean the common areas. The monthly pay is $180.00. You will provide cleaning supplies Lysol for example. Plus there will be additional compensation for cleaning on tenant turnover, and room cleaning for building tenants. The building is an 18 room rooming house. You should presently be working as a cleaner.
