Administrative Assistant

An ever growing Real Estate and Property Management Company is seeking another administrator to help in our busy office. The position is 40 hours a week. We require an individual who will promote a professional image and a positive workplace environment. Applicants must be a team player and be able to work closely with members of the office. · An Individual with the included assets is preferred but we will train the right candidate
Office Administrative experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Typing
Experience with accounting or property management software is a bonus
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast pace environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Duties and Responsibilities
· Primary duties are:
Data Entry
Front desk reception and phone duties
Filing
Administrative support for Property and Strata Managers
General Administration Duties
Full time hours: 40 hours per week
