I need a pro to build our deck exactly according the picture.
Only deference will be.
The bottom will be covered.One door in the middle.
Deck size will be 16 x 10 presuretreated wood.
No nails are permitted at all.
Only exterior screws are allowed.Square had.
The length of the floor board will be 16’no exception.
Posts are going to be 6 x 6 .
Sanotubes are 9′ from the wall 01,6′, 10′,15′
Concrete deck is done.
I will not give anyone cash advance.
I will pick up material with the contractor.Or C.O.D.
Contractor will be payed immediately on job completion.
Railing will be aluminum black.High gloss paint.
It mid be good idea to sing proper contract.
