Product Assembler / Technical Support Position

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Assembler with technical background to join our team. This is a multi-flex position with various responsibilities, ranging from assembling kits, repairing automotive radio systems, and providing technical support to our customers.

Language:
– Must read, write, and speak fluently in English.

Duties:
– Repair and assemble infotainment parts (radio/heater control/speedomter) according to specifications
– Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
– Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Provide techincal support to customers over email/phone

Skills:
– Basic knowledge in using hand tools and power tools
– Mechanical knowledge for assembly processes
– Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
– Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
– Have good computer knowledge
– Have basic knowledge of Excel/Word
