Part-time nanny wanted: +/-18 hrs/week, Aug-Nov

I am returning to work, from home, part time, and would like help taking care of my 7-month-old daughter. This position will start at the latest at the beginning of August, and go through the beginning of December when she starts full-time daycare. I’m offering $20/hr.
As I will be at home for most or all of the time you’ll be here, I don’t mind if you are less experienced. I’ll be nursing the baby, but you will need to be comfortable with: baby-led weaning, cloth diapering, and (a light version of) elimination communication. I’ll also ask that you spend time engaging with the baby, and putting her down for naps when it’s time.

We also have an almost 4-year-old daughter, so in the event she is home sick from school, I would be curious if you would be willing to also watch her (rate can be increased for this if you choose).

We have a 50-lb cuddle bug dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs. Though we will not ask you to care for the dog.
