Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
– Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
– Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
– Assist with payroll processing and related statutory deductions.
– Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
– Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
– Perform general office administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Presentation skills and experience preferred.
– Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
