General Labourer Construction Site – Souris PE

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at Heartwood Properties. New 6-unit build construction site located in Souris, PE.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with keeping the site clean, organized and safe at all times.
Help with minor construction tasks, such as painting, insulation/drywall installation and seam filling.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Wage: $18-$20/hour depending on experience
