Childcare Centre (EYC) in Charlottetown is seeking a full time certified ECE.
Summary of Qualifications
The Early Childhood Educator will demonstrate ability in:
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.
• Ensure health and safety of children
• Maintain positive communication with parents.
• Work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently.
• Document the learning that happens in the classroom.
• Demonstrate good listening, observing and recording skills.
• Develop and organize portfolios.
In addition, the ECE will need to have:
• Valid ECE Level 3 certificate.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including computers skills.
• Clear Criminal Records Check and vulnerable sector check
• Valid first aid training and certificate
