CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- ORDER ENTRY CLERK

Our client located in North York (5144 Steeles Ave. W, please make sure you are able to commute to this location before apply to this job) is currently looking to hiring a full time customer service representative to start immediately.

The Ideal candidate must have:
Excellent English skills ( written and verbal)
Experience working in a window/door manufacturing industry is considered an asset
At least 1 year experience working in a customer service related role, preferable in an office environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Order Entry/Data Entry is considered an asset
Basic Math skills
Able to type emails and enter data into the computer with accuracy
Excellent telephone etiquette

Additional information:
Only candidates on a PR or Canadian Citizen will be considered for this position, as this position is a long term permanent position
Hours are: Monday-Friday – 8:30-5:00
