Door to door salesman

Looking for reliable door to door salesman.
Experienced or non-experienced as long as you know how to talk and close the deal.
You’ll be door knocking about window cleaning and pressure washing service.
It’s a commission based job.
Every service that you close the deal you get 20% pay CASH
For example: You sold a window cleaning for $300, you’ll get $60.
Or
For a pressure washing service for $1000, you’ll get $200
Once I see you’re really good at it, I’ll make it 25-30% or even higher.
