Since its inception, the focus of Build My Deal Canada was to help people purchase a car on their terms, regardless of credit history. We have maintained that core belief of helping others get into vehicles when they really need to. We help people in any situation in order for them to achieve their goals.

We have expanded into the Kamloops area and we are looking for professional people willing to learn what we do and how we do it. You will continuously receive the proper training to ensure you become the best in the industry. This position has its perks and one of them is getting paid a salary plus commission. It is not a normal offering in the car business, but we are looking to invest our time, experience, energy and devotion into people that work within our company.

There is a catch: you must be willing to work hard and develop a solid work ethic. We are definitely not looking for people that want to work a week and then collect whatever minimum amount they get from the week. We are looking for strong minded individuals with excellent communication skills. That being said, your English skills must be exceptional-this is non-negotiable.

Once you have completed your probation period, you will have the option of a flex schedule allowing you to work from home 2-3 days per week.
