Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to join a dynamic team? ShineBright Property Cleaning Services is currently seeking salespeople to help us grow our business.
As a salesperson with ShineBright, your main responsibility will be to book jobs for our cleaning team by engaging with potential clients door to door. No experience in sales or CRM is required, just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Successful applicants will go through sales training prior to taking leads on their own. You will be a part of a supportive team that wants to see you grow! This job is perfect for students and young entrepreneurs!
We offer a competitive commission structure with increasing rates as you reach sales goals, as well as the opportunity to manage your own team. On average, our salespeople make $250-$1000 a day, with the potential to earn even more based on your efforts.
We value team players who are friendly and personable, as we strive to create a family-like atmosphere within our company. Flexibility to create your own schedule is provided, with a minimum expectation of working at least 3 days a week.
