Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Inventory Management Specialist to oversee and manage our financial records and inventory system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho Inventory software and a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, bill payments, and payroll processing.
Manage and optimize our inventory system using Zoho Inventory software.
Track and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial and inventory processes.
Provide support during audits and prepare audit schedules as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Zoho Inventory software is a must.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
