Position: Japanese Cheesecake Baker
Location: CURRENT LOCATION IS NEAR SOUTH COMMOM MALL IN MISSISSAUGA BUT WE ARE LOOKING TO MOVE

We specialize at this time white cabling high volume of cakes for locations who -rebrand and resell our product.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake Japanese cheesecakes following traditional recipes and techniques
Ensure consistency and quality in every batch
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Manage inventory and order baking supplies as needed
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experiment with new flavours and variations while maintaining the classic recipe

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a baker, with a focus on Japanese cheesecakes preferred
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
Creativity and willingness to innovate while maintaining tradition
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Part of your interview process is you must live bake the cake inform of a panel of the owners and staff. The wage will vary based on experience and ability to produce the product. Range $16.00-$25.00 per hour. LOOKING TO START IMMEDIATELY
