After Sales Manager

RevTalent is recruiting a Sales Representative – Construction Equipment on behalf of A.L.P.A. Equipment.

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the After Sales Manager will be responsible to direct and coordinate operations of the Service and Parts Department.

This position requires the ability to multitask and be able to function in a fast-evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise operations and employees in the Service and Parts Departments
  • Assign jobs or tasks to all Mechanics and Field Technicians
  • Review accuracy of work orders for time charged and repairs performed
  • Verify work orders are closed after completion of jobs
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure proper parts required are available to perform repairs
  • Verify Parts inventory levels
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues or explain repair details
  • Handle customer complaints and/or negotiate pricing
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team

The responsibilities of the After Sales Manager will evolve and change over time so that the position continually reflects the changing conditions of the environment in which ALPA operates, as it strives to accomplish its mandate.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and completion of mechanic journeyman certification program
  • Other combinations of work/education equivalence may be considered.
  • Sound mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of parts and equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer and systems knowledge
  • Well organized and self-motivated
