Need a framer.
Needs to know how to read blue prints, can lift for an 8-10 hour shift, can’t be afraid of heights.
Needs to know how to install and sheath a roof!
I don’t care where you are from, but you need to speak English and have your legal Canadian documents.
Needs to have fall protection.
Paid via sub contractor or payroll.
No alcoholics, no drug addicts, no passive aggressive people.
Male or female, as long as you can lift, I don’t have a preference. (Therefor, candidate needs to be able to work with female & males.)
You get a Milwaukee or Dewalt (your choice) brand new tool after 3 months. And after 6 months; quarterly ( every 3 months) bonuses for hard, fast, and efficient workers!
