We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Care to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional resident experiences in the picturesque setting of Agassiz, BC. Responsibilities:Lead, organize, and supervise nursing operations to ensure top-notch resident care.Shape and implement nursing goals, policies, and procedures in line with regulations.Maintain records and engage with families, officials, and resources to meet resident needs. Qualifications:Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred).Experience in long-term care nursing and at least three years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.Familiarity with unionized settings and healthcare practices.
