Qualifications:Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.Excellent communication and people skills.Strong ability to persuade and negotiate.Capacity to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.Understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.Ability to simplify and explain complex insurance concepts clearly.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.Commitment to high standards of integrity and ethics.A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
