The new Customer Service Representative will be responsible for daily communication with customers to resolve support issues, promote products and services, and ensure customers have a great experience. We are seeking a candidate capable of delivering exceptional customer service and who is also a confident, cooperative team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The duties of the Customer Service Representative include: Proactively approach prospects with the goal of piquing their interest in a product or service offered.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to help customers make informed purchase decisions.Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries during in-person visits, via phone, email, and texts.Safeguard and maintain accurate customer information and purchase records.Follow up with customers to ensure their orders are delivered on time and their needs are effectively addressed.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the quality of the sales process and escalate priority cases to the appropriate channels.Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates by attending daily meetings with managers and the team.Contribute to a positive team environment with an upbeat personality and support for teammates.
