Position SummaryThe purpose of the Coordinator is to manage the entire lifecycle of documents, from creation to archiving. Assist in the creation and delivery of SCM training, and assist in onboarding new SCM personnel in support of Oil, Gas and Power, Corefco, Sherritt Fort Site, and Sherritt Technologies organizations overall strategies and objectives.AccountabilitiesContribute to developing and implementing the Global SCM vision, goals, and objectives.Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on documentation statistics and training compliance.Implement and manage a document classification system for easy retrieval.Facilitate the document review and approval process.Maintain and organize documents, ensuring proper review, approval, and version control.Centralize SCM documentation and archive outdated documents.Develop and facilitate SCM training materials.Act as a liaison for onboarding between teams and business units.Promote document control awareness through training and support.Support the creation of SCM documentation and procedures.Qualifications and Skills Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or supply chain, or professional designation (SCMP, SPSM, PMP) or 3 years of contract experience.Knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures.Advanced MS Word skills.Proficient in MS Visio and SharePoint.Ability to manage ambiguity, complex issues, and adapt to changing business conditions.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent computer and presentation skills.
