AGAT Laboratories’ Calgary Environmental division is on the lookout for a dynamic Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our clients on diverse environmental monitoring, remediation, and reclamation projects nationwide.In this dynamic role, you’ll navigate a variety of project requirements and tasks. Let’s embark on this exciting journey together!Responsibilities: Strive to employ AGAT’s mission statement of “Service Beyond Analysis” by being the main point of contact and liaison for clients regarding laboratory inquiries.Ensure client requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner by:Providing sampling requirements, technical information and detection limits based on laboratory testing capabilities within the AGAT networkCreating client specific Chain of Custodies, providing pricing information, creating custom exports and updating exports for electronic data deliverables (EDD).Submission of bottle orders, re-assignment and re-analysis requests.Completing administrative tasks such as prompt delivery of Sample Receipt Notifications, Results and Invoices within required turnaround time.Notifying clients of sample integrity issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular face to face meetings, email correspondence and phone calls. Deliver exceptional client experience with respect to all aspects of the work orders in-house by:Coordinating with Lab regarding client projects and reanalysisEffectively communicating the status of projects and updates in the laboratory to clients Updating client special instructions in the Client Master File Participating in project kick-off meetings to discuss courier logistics, sampling requirements, and reporting or invoicing expectations Identifying client concerns and providing solutions for improvementParticipate in team training and development, including mentoring of Client Services AdministratorsAssist in internal and external audits Work with the Accounting team on facilitation of collections with clientsOur Perks and Benefits:Career growth opportunities available across CanadaIndustry leading health-care benefits (includes 100% prescription drugs and 100% dental coverage and more!)RRSP MatchingExtensive Employee-Assistance-Program through ComPsychNutritional Health Coaching through People CorporationPaid Vacation and Flex Days Active Social CommitteeTechnical and Professional Training OpportunitiesSkills and Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of experience and education.Minimum 1 year laboratory and previous Customer Service experience and team-oriented focus is essential.Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Reporting Systems).Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; confident telephone communications are essential.Excellent organization and time management skills.Effective problem solving skills along with a demonstrated attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure.Work Environment: General office environment with some exposure to laboratory environment.Sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
