SUMMARY: We are seeking a dependable and detail orientated Inside Sales Representative for lead follow-up, promotion notifications and new product information. During a typical week you will be responsible, but not limited to the following duties:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-upWork with Client Managers to understand current promotions, special offers and inform customers of relevant product updatesCRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactions The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable attention to detailUnderstanding of the importance of fast and accurate responsesOutstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and able to deal with multiple levels within organizationsExcellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset)Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and servicesStay informed about brands and products Ability to use Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based software and communication toolsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a definite asset We offer a competitive wage and group benefit package.
