Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
– Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs
– Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
– Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Requirements:
– Fluent in English, Oral and written
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
